Ybrant to buy US online marketing firm
May 16, 2008: Ybrant Digital, a Hyderabad based digital marketing company is looking at acquiring an online marketing company in the US for approximately Rs. 400 crore this year. The zero-debt company would fund the buyout through a combination of debt and equity for, which it is currently working out modalities.
The LoI and the deal are expected to be signed and sealed respectively by this year.
