GPIC to set up new CO2 plant
August 14, 2008: Bahrain-based Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC), in co-operation with Technoment of Italy and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Company Japan, will set up a carbon dioxide recycling plant.
The initiative is being taken to protect the environment and the new technology is designed to reduce carbon dioxide emissions which are responsible for climate change.
