Sheffield awards Marina 101 contract to TAV
August 18, 2008: Sheffield Real Estate, Dubai-based private developer has awarded a Dh1.1 billion contract to Tepe Akfen (TAV) Construction, part of Turkey-based construction major TAV to build Marina 101, in Dubai Marina.
Marina 101 is conceived as a hotel apartment project with a money-back concept in which investors after possession stand to gain returns of 75 per cent from the management of the property. TAV has completed the casting of the raft and the project is scheduled to be completed by 2010.
