Avias commenced its operations in August, 2004 with focus on corporate finance syndication. The company comes with the rich executive experience of over hundred man-years in corporate finance business, who has to its credit a conduct of over 32,000 transactions spanning over last 12 years in a mix of debt products such as Loan Syndication, Trade Finance (Bill Discounting, LC Bill Discounting, ICDs), Money market instruments and Corporate Advisory services. In the first twenty months of our operations (i.e. August 2004 to March 2006) we have syndicated debt aggregating to Rs. 4,070 crore.

• Our Corporate Finance business is a spectrum of fee based product lines focused on the debt as well as equity requirements of our clientele

• This company is manned by 10 business executives with an average specialization experience of 10 years. The activities are assisted by 13 back-office, relationship support officers and utility staff.

• The corporate finance arm sources business from a host of well known companies, banks, mutual funds and several non-corporate entities. On last note, the custom was made up of robust 125 active clients.
