About us:

Kobelco Construction Equipment India Pvt. Ltd., (KCEI) is a joint venture between Kobelco Construction Machinery Co. Limited, Japan & Itochu Corporation (One of the largest trading organization in the world with 100% Japanese Equity). KCEI has commenced its operations in India in February 2007 with its latest offering of “-8 Series” of Hydraulic Excavators which has just been launched in Japan & rest of World in June 2006.

KCEI is presently focusing on 20T, 35T & 48T Excavators in India, the balance range of 9T to 85T will be launched progressively. These Excavators are being imported as CBUs from Japan & supplied as ready to use unit.

After Sales Support Prepardeness:

Through the dealer network Kobelco has ensured that all the product support services are in place at 22 states well before the sell of the equipments. All the dealer service team has undergone KOBELCO’s service trainings. All dealers are setting up their workshops on KOBELCO international guidelines to ensure full product support.

To cater to the product support needs all the dealers are having a stock of spares , in addition to the dealer stock KOBELCO has spare parts availability at 2 mother depots at Noida & Chennai.
