About us:

Backed by 30 years of experience in Automation in Maintenance. Erection & Commissioning for Fertilizer and Petrochemical & Refiner projects both in India & Gulf countries and worked as Service Manager in M/s Forbes Marshall I ventured to start Sai Automation Systems to meet various requirements of Automation field in all type of Industries. Formed in 2003. Following are some of the activities that are carried out.

Scanners up to 8/16 channels & Data loggers with communication facilities. Translators from RS 485 to RS 232/422 to be used for SCADA OR DCS SYSTEMS.

Caltech Instruments/ Pune:
• Power supplies like 220v AC to 24 V DC or any voltage specified by customer with output current from 100ma to 10A.
• Process Indicators with alarm contacts and power supply to Transmitters. 41/2 Digits.
• Jumbo Display for 4/20 ma process signal widely used in Sugar industry for Juice flow.
• Flow Tantalizers with Sq root function, power supply to TX.
• Signal Isolators for 4/20 ma or 0/20 ma, Frequency and Output side from 1 to 4 numbers. Can provide 24 V DC to Transmitters.
