
About Us:
The company was established in 1996. The plant is located at 26 Km. away from Bhilwara ( Rajasthan , India ) on state highway no. 12 between Banera & Shahpura.
The company is engaged in manufacturing of all type of insulation refractory bricks and allied products and having capacity of 5.00 lacs bricks per month.
The plant has four continuous oil and pet coke fired tunnel kilns for firing of refractories up to 1500 0 C which are connected with a two nos. Tunnel dryers for uninterrupted production round the year. Plant also has an in house well equipped laboratory for testing of all required raw materials and finished products for physical and chemical testing.
Customers service and satisfactions is a strong priority of this unit which takes precedence over all other considerations. Promoters are well-experienced engineers and technocrats. They are also supported by learned and experience administrators.
The company was awarded ISO-9002 certificate by ics (jas-anz) in year 2000. The company was first insulation refractory unit in india to get this certificate. The company was awarded ISO-9001-2000 certificate in year 2004 by ukas quality management.

Promoters Profile
The whole time directors of the company are as under.
Sh. Dinesh K. Mehta: A Mechanical Engineer with MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and also a post graduate in International trade from IIFT, New Delhi . He has more than 20 year's business experience. (CELL :9322227186)
Sh. Manish Srivastav: Has more than 25 years experience of Insulation Refractory manufacturing and quality control. Is highly regarded as most competent professional in this industry with widest experience. (CELL: 9314664466)
Other directors are Sh. M.L. Mehta a senior Economist , Sh. K.L. Srivastav a retired senior Govt. Administrator, Company has also taken services of Shri S.K. Raut and Sh.. S. Bhattacharya both senior Ceramic Engineers having very long experience in Refractories as Technical Consultants. |
