Delhi Multi-Level Car Park by 2010
ProjectsToday: The Delhi Municipal Council has drawn up plans to set up multilevel car parking facilities at Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Sarojani Nagar Market and Baba Khadak Singh Marg in Delhi. These parks are expected to be ready by 2010.
DLF is likely to develop the at Baba Kharag Singh Marg and Sarojini Nagar multi car parking facilities on concession period of 30 years. The proposed car parks will have retail/commercial space on the ground and first floors and car parking on the upper floors. Baba Kharag Singh Marg project to be developed at a cost of Rs.150 crore, will have space for 1,408 cars and an investment of Rs.85 crore will be made on Sarojini Nagar Market car park for accommodating 824 cars. The Kasturba Gandhi Marg car park will be spread over 6,200 square metre of land and will accommodate 1,600 cars.
