Work on Shree Energy Developers group housing project, Classic Residency, at
Noornagar in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh is likely to commence in June.
The project, spread over 4 acres, will have 240 units and amenities like
gymnasium, parks and club house. Anuj Agrwal of Ghaziabad is the architect. Land
for the project has been acquired and the company is awaiting necessary
clearances from the state government. The project is scheduled for completion by
April 2010. The company is also sitting up a group housing project along NH-SB
in Ghaziabad district.
Work
on Vishnushankar Textiie Mills cotton yarn expansion project at Jayyapet in
Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh is under way. Company officials told
ProjectsToday stated that around 50 percent of project work is completed. The
project is slated for completion by September.
The
company is expanding the capacity of the cotton yarn unit by 12,000 spindles,
with an investment of Rs 40 crore. The project cost will be funded through 80
per rent bank loan and 20 percent internal accruals. Reiter is the machinery
supplier.
