91Springboard has launched two new workspace hubs in Mumbai and Gurugram, adding one lakh sq. ft. to its portfolio.
The Mumbai hub at Hiranandani Business Park, LightHall, Andheri East spans 40,000 sq. ft, while the Gurugram hub at DLF World Trade Park covers 60,000 sq. ft. Both hubs will be operational by the next quarter, serving Global Capability Centers, large enterprises, MSMEs, and late-stage startups in Grade A buildings. This expansion marks 91Springboard’s eighth hub in Mumbai and tenth in Gurugram, bringing its total presence to 43 hubs across nine cities.
In 2025 alone, the company added five lakh sq. ft. of space and plans to add 10 lakh sq. ft. by FY2026. Other 2025 launches include hubs at Corporate Avenue and Kalina (Mumbai), Baner (Pune), Prius Platinum (Saket, Delhi), and Magnum Global Park and Building 6 DLF Cyber City (Gurugram). The hubs offer prime connectivity, green building features, and proximity to transport, amenities, and commercial facilities.
