1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Adani Green Energy forms JV with Total Solar Singapore

Adani Green Energy (AGEL), a Gujarat-based solar power developer, has entered into a joint venture (JV) with Total Solar Singapore for about 2.1 GW operating solar power projects presently owned by AGEL.
 
The draft joint venture agreement (JVA) between Adani Green Energy Twenty-Three, a subsidiary of AGEL and Total Solar Singapore, was agreed after a meeting with the Board of Directors on 22 March 2020.
 
The subsidiary will acquire 2,148 MW AGEL’s operating solar power projects. It stated that the JVA will record terms and conditions for regulating the operation and management of the JV company, governing the relationship between AGEL and Total Solar Singapore, certain rights and obligation of AGEL and Total Solar Singapore concerning the JV company.
 
AGEL will hold 100 percent of the paid-up equity share capital.
 
Recently, Total Solar Singapore entered into an agreement with AGEL to acquire a 50 percent stake in a JV company for USD 510 million (approximately Rs 36.26 billion). 
 
The agreement will lead to the transfer of 2,148 MW (AC) of operating solar assets, which are currently owned by AGEL to the new JV company. AGEL will own the remaining 50 percent stake in the company.
