Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu announced two major agreements with Taiwanese companies, Allegiance Group and Creative Sensor Inc, marking a significant step in the state’s industrial development.
These deals, valued at Rs 18,400 crore, will boost the state’s economy and create thousands of job opportunities. One of the agreements involves the eJoule India JV, a partnership between eJoule Inc (USA) and Creative Sensor (Taiwan), which will invest Rs 18,000 crore to establish India’s first 23 GWh precursor-free single-crystal cathode and electrolyte manufacturing facility in Orvakal, Kurnool.
This project is expected to generate about 2,000 direct employment. Additionally, Allegiance Group plans to develop a large industrial park spanning 470 acres in Kuppam, further expanding Andhra Pradesh’s industrial base.
