Arvind SmartSpaces has acquired the Vastrapur residential project in Ahmedabad, covering 3.6 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area with a potential top-line revenue of approx. Rs 400 crore.
Located on a 1.15-acre plot, this acquisition marks the company's 24th project in Gujarat. The site offers strong connectivity to key infrastructure, including metro corridors, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and business hubs like Navratna Business Park and Pinnacle Business Park. Priyansh Kapoor, CEO and whole-time director, highlighted plans to expand further in Gujarat, Bengaluru, and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) by adding new projects this year.
The company, with a legacy tied to the Lalbhai group, boasts a development portfolio of around 10.8 crore sq ft across multiple regions, including Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, MMR, and Pune. The Vastrapur project strengthens Arvind SmartSpaces' presence in West Ahmedabad and supports its diversification strategy across both horizontal and vertical developments.
