1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Delhi govt hospitals to be revamped

In a major boost to health infrastructure, a total of 15 Delhi government hospitals are set to be upgraded. The Public Works Department (PWD) projects worth Rs 2,029 crore will add a new block and beds, apart from improving infrastructure.

The project has been planned in a manner that daily functioning of the hospitals will not be affected. The project cost had been cleared and tenders are now being floated.

The maximum budget, worth around Rs 6,000 crore has been laid out for Lok Nayak Hospital. The hospital has 190 beds in the casualty ward which will be increased to 380 beds, and an amount worth Rs 59 crore has been embarked towards this. New blocks, including advanced paediatrics and maternity wards, will be developed at a cost of Rs 534 crore.

An amount to the tune of Rs 275 crore for Satyawadi Raja Harish Chandra Hospital and Rs 195 crore for Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital has been allocated. The Satyawadi Raja Harish Chandra Hospital has 200 beds and 553 new ones are planned while Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital will get another 100 bed to strengthen its current number of 450 beds.

Rao Tula Ram Hospital will be allocated Rs 87 crore and will see addition of 300 beds, as will Acharya Shri Bhikshu Hospital.

With a budget allocation of Rs 70 crore, Deep Chand Bandhu Hospital in Ashok Vihar, which currently has 284 beds, will see its number doubled.

Other hospitals, Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Aruna Asif Ali Hospital and Bahgwan Mahavir Hospital will also be revamped.

The 800-bed multi-speciality hospital in Burari is likely to be opened by the end of August 2019, while hospital in Dwarka may be thrown open to the public by 2019-end.
