Ms Sonia Gandhi, Leader of Opposition –
Lok Sabha, will be laying the foundation stone of the New Capital City Project
at Raipur in Chhattisgarh.
The project entails the development of
the capital city in Raipur, on an area covering 475 hectares. The broad outline
