1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

GEI Industrial Systems secures order from NPCIL for Rajasthan atomic power project

GEI Industrial Systems has bagged an EPC order from NPCIL.

The order worth Rs 37 crore is for heavy water upgrading plant and waste management plant for 2 x 700 MW PHWR type Rajasthan atomic power project-7&8. The scope of work includes engineering, procurement, manufacturing, supply, site construction and erection and commissioning of variety of equipment like distillation columns (around 1 meter diameter x 52 meter height), tanks and vessels including large diameter dyke tanks, canned pumps, heat exchangers, ion exchangers, de-contamination & laundry equipment, lead shielded doors, cranes & hoists, valves, pipes & pipe-fittings, instruments and other miscellaneous items.

The waste management plant is meant for processing liquid and solid nuclear waste generated by the nuclear power stations before their final disposal to environment / permanent storage. Heavy water upgrading plant is meant for upgrading the downgraded heavy water generated in the nuclear power plant through system leakages, spillage, etc to reactor grade and re-use the upgraded heavy water back into the systems.
