Gera Developments has launched latest commercial project Gera’s Imperium Gateway. The project is located in Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) in Maharashtra.
Strategically located, it offers easy access to Mumbai, Nashik, and Pune city. As many as 700 units have been sold within 45 days of sale after receiving the MahaRERA approvals.
This is the 10th project in Gera’s Imperium series of commercial projects. Spread across 11.5 acre of land parcel, the project has a mix of offices, retail and F&B spaces and is Pune’s first project with metro-connected workspaces.
The project is designed to offer customers many options to unwind after work with F&B spaces and cafes, all within the project premises. The office spaces are customisable to suit the business needs of individual customers.
The project is spread over three buildings, with two floors dedicated to retail. The Metro Offices with carpet area 134-1,111 sq ft, retail spaces with carpet area 98-2046 sq ft, showroom spaces with carpet area 4,706-11,875 sq ft, F&B spaces with carpet area 108-344 sq ft, and restaurants with carpet area of 1,019-2,346 sq ft.
