HG Industries is establishing a captive resin unit at Tindivanam in the Viluppuram district of Tamil Nadu.

The captive unit will cover a total area of 14.76 acre (59,744.41 square metres) and will have a production capacity of 21,250 kg per day to manufacture of plywood (4,303 tpm) and block boards (26 tpm).

As per the information shared with the project today (PT), civil work on the project is progressing well.

The project is expected to be completed by Q4 of FY23.
