HiLITE Builders has a new shopping mall in its future, ‘HiLITE Mall' at Puzhakkal in Thrissur district of Kerala. The mall covers retail and entertainment spaces on 7.4 lakh sq ft of land.
The building of basement+G+two floors will have total 200 retail outlets and modern amenities like food court, gaming zone, etc. The recent update with Projects Today indicates that around 90 percent of structural work has been completed till date. Currently, interior work is under development.
HiLITE Builders are optimistic to get the shopping mall ready by March 2019, one month prior of actual date, April 2019. The in-house contractor team will overlook the project execution work. The architecture of the shopping mall is designed by Sthapati Architects.
