L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering, a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T, has bagged an offshore contract from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).
The scope of the project involves balance work for the pipeline replacement project-IV.
L&T bagged the contract against international competitive bidding encompassing total engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) of the project.
The project is part of ONGC’s strategy to replace some of its well fluid, gas lift, and water injection pipelines, along with brownfield modification work on the existing platforms in its Mumbai High, Neelam, Heera, Bassein & satellite fields situated in the western off shore field in the Arabian sea.
The project will entail an investment of approximately Rs 1,267 crore.
