1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Land acquisition begins for Pune-Nashik High Speed Railway Line

Land acquisition process has commenced for Pune-Nashik High Speed Railway Line project. Out of 1,470 ha of land in Pune, Nagar and Nashik districts, land acquisition process has been started for the high speed railway line project.
About one ha of land at Manjari will be acquired through direct purchase. Around 575 ha of land in Haveli, Khed, Ambegaon and Junnar talukas of Pune district will have to be acquired for the project. 
Moreover, a notice has been issued regarding the possession of land at Manjari in Haveli. Concerned parties have been given 15 days to raise objections and suggestions. The land will then be acquired through direct purchase through private negotiations.
Maharashtra Railway Infrastructure Development Corporation has sent a proposal to the District Collector to acquire the land through direct purchase. 
This process has been started accordingly. As many as 67 people from Manjari will have to take land. Proposals have been filed to take possession of these lands. 
The land acquisition will cost about Rs 1,200 to 1,500 crore.
