On November 11, 2025, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated a new Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Park in Pedairlapadu village, Prakasam district.
This was part of a broader initiative by the Industries Department, which launched 50 MSME projects across the state, covering 868 acres at a cost of Rs 873 crore. In a virtual ceremony, CM Naidu also laid the foundation for 1,597 MSMEs and inaugurated 38 mega industrial units with investments totaling Rs 25,256 crore. During the event, he emphasised the government’s commitment to supporting youth-led businesses and creating a favourable environment for industry.
The CM further announced upcoming projects like Quantum Computing in Amaravati, Bioenergy plants, Drone City, and Space City, with a major investment summit set to attract Rs 10 lakh crore in investments, potentially creating employment for over eight lakh people.
