Mantri Developers has forayed into the Pune residential market by announcing the launch of their two projects. The total investment is Rs 350 crore.

The first Bengaluru-based project called Mantri Vantage consists of three towers with a total of 306 units, and is located at Kharadi, off the Pune-Ahmednagar road. It is expected to be completed within three years. The total value of this project is Rs 250 crore and the project will have apartments in the Rs 70-90 lakh bracket.

The second, a premium project at Sopan Baug with 18 apartments, each around 4,700 sq ft in size, is valued at around Rs 100 crore.

Mantri Developers is developing projects in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and has also developed a commercial project in Pune.

Another real estate player from Bengaluru -- Sobha Developers -- is also expanding its base in Pune with projects like Sobha Ivory, Sobha Garnet, & Sobha Orion in the south west corridor.
