1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

PM to launch Ghogha-Hazira ferry service in Gujarat

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch Ghogha-Hazira ‘Ropax’ ferry service in Gujarat on 8 November 2020. 
The all-weather, technologically advanced ‘Ropax’ ferry service will cut down the road distance between Ghogha and Hazira to 60 km from 370 km through the sea route. 
The Ropax ferry service is set to commence between Surat’s Hazira and Bhavnagar’s Ghogha and with this, two prominent regions of Gujarat Saurashtra and South Gujarat will also be connected. 
The time taken will also be reduced from 10-12 hours to three to four hours. The ferry vehicle has the capacity to carry up to 550 passengers. It can also carry vehicles. As many 30 trucks, 100 two-wheelers, and seven smaller trucks can be carried in one trip. 
The ferry service will be an all-weather service that can operate all months without requiring to be dependent on weather conditions and high tide. 
PM will also launch Ropax services in Kochi, Kerala on 8 November 2020, one joining the North-East to Kolkata and one on the Brahmaputra river in Assam. Moreover, a service will also begin connecting Karimganj in Assam over the Barak river to Bangladesh.
