TIL has won over Rs 200 crore in new contracts from the Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) and the Indian Armed Forces (IAF), marking a significant expansion in its logistics and defence portfolios.
The company received a Rs 66.75 crore order from CONCOR for the design, manufacture, and supply of 25 reach stackers to be deployed across its container freight network. Additionally, TIL secured defence orders worth Rs 110 crore from the Indian Army and Air Force for nearly 170 military cranes. These cranes, designed for diverse operational environments, will be manufactured at TIL’s facilities in eastern India. The company’s strong aftermarket service network, supporting over 200 customers, will also back these projects.
Alok Kumar Tripathi, President of TIL, remarked, "These orders validate our dual capability to serve both India's commercial infrastructure expansion and critical defence requirements with equal engineering excellence."
