The Andhra Pradesh Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation has invited bids for upgradation/strengthening of area hospitals and community health centres in the state.
The work is located involves upgradation of hospitals and community health centers in Srikakulam district (12 nos), Vizianagaram district (eight nos), Visakhapatnam district (11 nos), East Godavari district (21 nos) & West Godavari district (13 nos) in Andhra Pradesh (Under Package-I).
The project will see upgradation of 50-100-bed CHC at Narasannapeta; 30-100-bed CHC at Seethampeta; strengthening of 100-bed AH at Rajam; strengthening of 30-bed CHC at Sompeta; strengthening of 50-bed CHC at Pathapatnam, among others in Srikakulam district.
Similarly in Vizianagaram district work involves upgradation of 30-100-bed CHC at Gajapathinagaram; upgradation of 50-100-bed CHC at S Kota; strengthening of 30-bed CHC at Nellimarla; strengthening of 30-bed CHC at Bhogapuram, among others.
The project also involves upgradation strengthening of 100-bed AH at Narsipatnam; upgradation of 50-100-bed CHC at Aganampudi; upgradation of 30-50-bed CHC at Nakkapalli; upgradation of 30-50-bed CHC at Yelamanchili in Visakhapatnam district; upgradation of 50-100-bed CHC at Jangareddy Gudem; strengthening of 100-bed AH at Tadepalligudem, among other hospitals in West Godavari district.
The value of the work is Rs 331.19 crore with completion period of 15 months.
