Texmaco Rail & Engineering has received a Rs. 47.77-cr contract from Ultratech Cement for the supply of BOXNHL wagons along with BVCM brake vans, under its purchase order dated 18 July, 2025.
The contract mandates delivery of the wagons by mid-October 2025. This strategic procurement aligns with Ultratech Cement’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its logistics infrastructure and ensure efficient, reliable transportation of raw materials and finished goods across its nationwide network.
The order is expected to support the cement major’s expanding production and distribution needs, ensuring timely movement of bulk materials. This move also reflects the company’s focus on improving supply chain resilience amid rising infrastructure and construction demand in India.
