The Uttar Pradesh (UP) Housing and Development Board has approved two new multi-storeyed housing projects in the state.
Of the two housing projects, one will come up in Lucknow and the other in Kanpur.
The project, titled Ganga Enclave, will come up in Kanpur's Dr Ambedkarpuram Yojna-III, while the housing project offering two BHK and three BHK flats will come up in Kailash Enclave of sector-18, in Vrindavan Yojna-IV, on Rae Bareli Road.
The Ganga Enclave project will offer 274 flats while Lucknow's Vrindavan Yojna will offer 688 units of two BHK flats and 576 units of three BHK flats.
Apart from this, the housing board has also approved setting up of ‘Awadh Shilp Gram', which is the state government’s dream project, and which will come up on 25 acre in Awadh Vihar Yojna of Housing Board, on Sultanpur Road.
Awadh Shilp Gram will have shops, exhibition centres and fairs for various craftsmen and skilled people.
