Meghna Infracon Infrastructure has secured the occupancy certificate (OC) of its maiden residential project, Ashraya Heights in Goregaon (East) locality, Mumbai. The Project, located opposite Goregaon Gymkhana in Goregaon was delivered 15 months ahead of RERA timelines to its tenants, investors and stakeholders.

The OC of the tower received demonstrates the company's adherence to high standards of quality and compliance. The Group's expertise in creating exceptional living spaces blend luxury, comfort, and sustainability. The said project generates a revenue of  Rs 710.21 lakh. 

With this. the company is poised to bid for more projects in the coming quarters.
