Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA) has invited bids for the development of small / micro / mini hydro power stations in the state.
Bids have been invited for development of small / micro / mini hydro power stations in Torpa (13.00 MW), Dasham Fall (6.00 MW), Manoharpur (8.00 MW), Malay (0.80 MW) & Gumla (9.00 MW) in the state of Jharkhand, in IPP mode.
JERDA will execute Implementation Agreement and Land Lease Agreement for 40 years with the successful bidder for development of the project. The developers of the project are needed to pay upfront premium before signing the Implementation Agreement. JERDA will also incur pre-development cost for the project. Minimum 12 per cent of generated power will be supplied to the state while two per cent will be supplied to Local Area Development Funds.
