Ashoka Buildcon’s joint venture with Aakshya Infra Project has received the letter of acceptance (LOA) from Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam for the construction of a major bridge project over the River Gandak.
The project involves building the HLRCC Bridge, with a total length of 2,280 mtrs., along with other major bridges and approach roads connecting Fatehabad in Paroo block to Chanchaliya in Saraiya block in Muzaffarpur district. The project will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis. The accepted bid price for the order is Rs 474.38 crore, including GST.
As the lead member of the joint venture with a 51 percent stake, Ashoka Buildcon’s share of the project bid price amounts to ?241.93 crore, including GST. This project is expected to enhance regional connectivity and infrastructure in Bihar.
