Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on 07 September inaugurated and laid foundation stones for development projects worth Rs 241.33 crore in Mauganj, focusing on infrastructure, welfare, and tourism.
He inaugurated tehsil buildings at Naigadhi and Devtalab, announced the construction of Shivlok at Devtalab, and revealed plans to upgrade Devtalab hospital into a Community Health Centre. Tourism received special emphasis, with Rs 10 crore earmarked for enhancing Bahuti Waterfall and beautification works for the Ashtbhuja Mata Temple. Additionally, a new 11 km road will connect Teepa Bador to Garhwa Road in the tribal region, aiming to boost connectivity and regional development
The recently approved Hanumana Lift Irrigation Project will irrigate over 1.40 lakh hectares across Rewa, Sidhi, Singrauli, and Mauganj districts. CM Yadav also highlighted that power from the Rewa Solar Plant is supplying the Delhi Metro.
