Casa Grande, the Chennai-based real estate major, has unveiled a residential project titled 'Casa Grande Arena' which will come up at Oragadam, near Chennai.
'Casa Grande Arena' will offer villas which will be based on a sports theme. The project will be developed on a 30 acre plot.
This residential project will offer 440 independent villas and will also include 250 studio apartments.
The villas will offer three bedrooms, two family rooms, dresser, exclusive car parks and landscape garden on a ground plus one design.
Being based on a sports theme, it will offer 20 sports facilities including a football ground, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, squash, cricket and golf.
