DB Realty is planning to set up a new luxurious project 'DB Orchid Heights,' in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The project, being developed by Neelkamal Realtors & Builders, a subsidiary of  DB Realty, involves construction of two towers, each of 63 floors. It will offer four BHK apartments. Each residential floor, starting from the 12th level, will have four apartments that comprise walk-in-closets, personal decks and destination-controlled elevators.

The project also offers a club house, state-of-the-art gymnasium, massage rooms, yoga rooms, a lagoon pool, private theatres, sauna, Jacuzzi and a grand garden area among other facilities. It will also provide other amenities like global concierge services, reserved parking, amphitheatre, CCTV / intercom that will ensure safety to the residents, a swanky lobby, high-end security and in-house laundry.

The company is expected to complete the project by 2017.
