Daiwik Hotels is planning greenfield and brownfield hotels across the country.
The company is planning to have 15-17 such hotels (greenfield and brownfield) across the country by 2015 with an investment of Rs 180 crore. And eventually the company will put up 20 greenfield properties by 2018, which will entail an investment of Rs 600 crore.
The company is holding discussions with VC and PE Funds to mobilise the funds required for this expansion programme. Work on project at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh is underway. As a part of the plan it will set up the property at Dwarka in Gujarat, Varanasi, katra in Jammu & Kashmir, etc.
