GHV Infra Projects has received a letter of intent (LoI) from Valor Estatefor its appointment as the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) partner for the PAP & Police Housing Project at Malad (East), Mumbai.

The project, carrying an initial scope of Rs 2,000 crore, is designed to be completed within 60 months from the commencement date. The appointment underlines GHV Infra’s growing role in large-scale infrastructure and housing initiatives, aligning with its expertise in delivering urban development projects on schedule. The Malad (East) undertaking focuses on housing for project affected persons (PAP) and police personnel, addressing both rehabilitation needs and essential service accommodation. 

The LOI strengthens the company’s order book and reflects confidence from Valor Estate in GHV Infra’s execution capability. With this project, the company aims to reinforce its presence in Maharashtra’s real estate-linked infrastructure sector while contributing to social and civic housing development.
