Globe Civil Projects, a company specialising in infrastructure and non-infrastructure EPC projects across India, has bagged a major contract worth Rs 172.99 crore from NBCC (India).
The project involves comprehensive infrastructure development for the Central University of Punjab at Village Ghudda, Bathinda district in Punjab. The scope of work includes construction of several key institutional and residential buildings. These are: a 400-seater Girls Hostel, a 600-seater Boys Hostel, a 100-seater International Students Hostel, an Academic Block, and the Vice Chancellor’s Residence.
Additionally, extensive external development works for the campus infrastructure are also part of the contract. The project will be executed on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis and is scheduled for completion within approx. 21 months. This order highlights Globe Civil Projects’s robust capabilities in executing large-scale educational and institutional infrastructure projects.
