Interio by Godrej, a leader in furniture and turnkey solutions, has made significant strides in Kerala’s infrastructure sector by securing and executing projects worth over Rs 90 crore in Kochi.

The projects include a Rs 69 crore Electrical & Mechanical contract for Phase 2 of the Kochi Metro Rail and a Rs 24 crore design-and-build project for the Kerala State Information Technology Infrastructure (KSITIL) at Kochi’s Infopark. The KMRL contract marks Interio’s first E&M project, highlighting its growing capabilities in integrated turnkey execution.

The KSITIL project includes designing a neurodiverse-friendly workspace, which was recognised for its innovative, sustainable approach. These milestones reflect Interio’s commitment to contributing to India’s infrastructure development with precision, sustainability, and inclusivity.
