IRB Infrastructure Developers’ subsidiaries have executed concession agreements with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for three road projects in India.
The road projects are as follows:

Yedeshi Aurangabad Tollway, a wholly owned subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers, has signed a concession agreement with NHAI for the four laning of Yedeshi - Aurangabad section of NH-211, from 100.000 km to 290.200 km (design length 190 km) in the state of Maharashtra, to be executed as BOT (Toll) on DBFOT pattern under NHDP Phase - IV. The project has been undertaken at a cost of Rs 1,500 crore

Recently, NHAI had accorded approval for deferment of premium payments for nine road projects which also included IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway’s road upgradation project from Ahmedabad-Vadodara and IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway’s Tumkur-Chitradurga NH-4 road project.
