ITC Hotels has secured a long-term lease for land at Yashobhoomi in Dwarka, New Delhi from India International Convention and Exhibition Centre (IICC).

The land is intended for the development of a premium 5-star hotel with top-tier banqueting and signature cuisine offerings. The new property will enhance Yashobhoomi’s status as a prime international venue for conventions, conferences, and exhibitions. The IICC has granted the company a lease for a plot of land covering approx. 3,648 sq. mtrs. at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi. The permissible floor area ratio (FAR) for the land is about 26,179 sq. mtrs. A sub-lease cum development agreement will be signed for the development and operation of a hotel on the site.

The hotel will blend exceptional hospitality with a focus on memorable dining experiences. Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels, emphasizsd that Yashobhoomi is transforming the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry, already hosting major trade shows and conventions.
