Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC), is planning to develop two more industrial parks in the state.
For this purpose, the corporation has identified around 1,000 acre in Bheemili, and around 200 acre in Pedagantyada near Gajuwaka. It has recently sent proposals to the state government for the proposed project. These will be multi-purpose industrial parks.
After completing the formal procedure, official notifications are expected to be released by the state government. Once the project receives approval, the developer will begin other development and infrastructure work at these parks.
Meanwhile, APIIC plans to earmark nearly 50 acre in the proposed industrial park at Pedagantyada for women entrepreneurs.
