Jyoti in collaboration with the Italian engineered pumps manufacturer, Termomeccanica Pompe has secured an order from NCC.

The companies have received order worth Rs 137 million (approx Rs 13.7 crore) from NCC for supply, installation and commissioning of four concrete volute type pumps with discharge capacity of 40,000 CuM/hr each and associated motors for cooling water system for 2x660MW coal based power project. The power project is being set up at Muthukur Mandal, Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh by NCC Power Projects.

Jyoti is in collaboration with the company for Concrete Volute Pumps. The collaboration also covers the entire scope of the supply which includes design, engineering, model testing of pumps, prototype manufacturing, supply, erection, testing and commissioning. The pumps are to be designed for sea water application and material of construction is super duplex stainless steel.
