Kärcher India has introduced the WD 3–17L, a wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner now manufactured locally, aligning with the Government of India’s “Make in India” initiative.

This move aims to improve product availability, reduce costs, and provide faster access to customers nationwide. The WD 3–17L features a 17-litre container, a 1000W motor, and a one-piece cartridge filter allowing seamless switching between wet and dry cleaning. It includes a two-mtrs. suction hose, Clips floor nozzle, and an integrated blower function for versatile household and workshop use.

Designed for easy storage and transport, the product is available on Kärcher’s webshop, Amazon, Flipkart, and retail outlets. Kärcher plans to scale production to meet rising demand, combining German engineering quality with local manufacturing strengths to offer Indian customers better accessibility, service, and value.
