Mahagun India, a Noida-based real estate developer, is planning to develop a Roman themed luxury residential project at Sector 79 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

The project, spread over five acre, will comprise 472 apartments in sizes ranging from 1,380-1,400 sq ft for two BHKs, from 1,730-1,880 sq ft for three BHKs, and 2,575-2,720 sq ft for four BHKs. It will also offer 16 five BHK villas as well. The company plans to construct three high-rise towers with an elevation of 26 to 28 floors with three high speed elevators per block. The Roman/neo classical architecture is designed by renowned architect, Hafeez Contractor, and landscaped by architect Saidah Taib. The project will have other facilities such as a club that comprises a multi-purpose hall, a well equipped gymnasium, children's play area, outdoor swimming pool with separate kids' pool, as well as a billiards and table tennis room.

Work on the project will commence soon with completion scheduled for December 2017.
