Malaxmi Group, a part of Malaxmi Property Ventures, is foraying into Vijayawada realty market by entering into the development of luxury residential apartments and affordable housing.
Malaxmi Group is in discussions with private equity (PE) players in Singapore to raise funds to finance its upcoming real estate projects in Vijayawada. The group will invest about Rs 100 crore in Phase-I.
The Group is planning to set up a real estate project named Sentosa, in the capital region of Vijayawada. It proposes to complete the project in 18 months.
Sentosa will be built on a 2.3 acre plot. The building will comprise 100 luxury apartments. Each apartment of 2,500 sq ft will be priced at about Rs one crore.
Malaxmi group will also venture into other projects in the hospitality and infrastructure segments.
