Meghna Infracon Infrastructure has signed a development agreement with Jose Ville to undertake the redevelopment of a residential project located in Santacruz West, Mumbai.
The proposed redevelopment will span approx. 28,000 sq. ft. of construction area and is expected to generate estimated revenue of Rs 37 crore. The project aligns with Meghna Infracon’s mission to deliver high-quality properties that reflect contemporary living standards. This redevelopment project is scheduled to be launched in calendar year (CY) 2025. Santacruz West, known for its connectivity and residential appeal, is one of Mumbai’s prominent suburban neighbourhoods.
The agreement with Jose Ville marks another step forward for Meghna Infracon in its strategy to expand its footprint in key urban zones by revamping old housing structures into modern residential spaces. This project will not only contribute to urban rejuvenation but also bolster the company’s portfolio in premium residential development.
