The ongoing Vibrant Gujarat – Global
Investors’ Summit attracted MoUs worth Rs.12,000 crore on the second day of the
event, taking the total worth of MoUs signed so far to Rs.45,000 crore. available
soon.
On the opening day, Rs.33,000 crore
worth of MoUs were signed, mostly pertaining to infrastructure industries.
According to State Chief Secretary,
Mr. P K Laheri, of the total Rs.45,000 crore investment proposals, Rs.30,000
crore are from Indian investors, Rs.12,000 crore from foreign investors and
Rs.3,000 crore from NRIs.
