The Seashore Group of Companies is considering setting up an integrated spice
and dairy processing unit along with a 20 MW solar power plant at a total outlay
of Rs 506 crore.
According to sources, the company has made a presentation before the
Industrial Promotion and Investment Corporation of Orissa on the project and is
likely to submit the detailed proposal soon.
The spice processing unit will cost Rs 66 crore, the dairy processing unit is
to cost Rs 140 crore while Rs 300 crore is proposed to be spent on the solar
power plant.
