Godrej Properties has launched - Godrej E-City - in Electronic City Phase-1 in Bangalore.
The project will be constructed under a partnership model, wherein it will be developed by Universal Builders and Godrej Properties will be a development manager. It will spread over 15 acre and will be launched in three phases. The Phase I will consist of eight five-storeyed buildings and offer about 280 homes across 3.6 lakh sq ft.
The project in all is expected to have approximately 800 apartments across one million sq ft. Designed on the principles of sustainability, the project would incorporate eco-friendly features such as electric car charging facility, rainwater harvesting and solar heating in the project design. The project will offer various amenities including a modern clubhouse, a well-equipped gymnasium, swimming pools, a health club, a conference hall and a convenience store. Sports facilities such as an indoor squash court, a badminton court, a children’s play area and a jogging track will be provided besides indoor game facilities like table tennis and snooker.
