Olympia Group, a Kolkata headquartered realty firm, has unveiled - Aqua Beaumont- a residential project in Kolkata, West Bengal.

The project, with two ground plus 13 storeyed towers will house 40 residential units. The three BHK apartments will have an average size of 3,225 sq ft; the four BHK will be 4,250 sq ft; and the penthouses will range between 5,889 sq ft and 7,143 sq ft. It will also offer sky villas with double height living, attached sky gardens, plunge pools, personal home elevators and other luxury features.

The project, being designed by RSP Architects and SDB Architects will also offer other facilities. These facilities will include swimming pool, toddlers' pool, landscaped garden, outdoor games court, air conditioned multi-gym, steam and sauna, AC meditation and yoga hall, children's play area, cards room, indoor games room, AC banquet and community hall, AC home theatre, AC waiting lounge and lobby, fire fighting systems, CCTV, intercom, well decorated rooftop, and spacious visitors' car park.
